Brought my two grandchildren. We all had a great time. The staff were so friendly and helpful. It's not a large place, but everywhere is clean and the animal enclosures are a good size. The café was spotless and the lady who served us was lovely. A good playsite for the children also, plus gift shop and of course, it's joined to Fletcher's Garden Centre. Could only find one ladies' toilet on site and this could do with sprucing up. Possibly not enough on offer to spend a whole day there, but well worth a visit.
