| Your
Help Is Gratefully Received
The Gentleshaw Bird Of Prey Hospital survives
almost entirely on donations from the public, admission and all
the profits from the shop sales go towards the upkeep and care of
our animals.
Sadly this is not enough as it costs us hundreds
of pounds every week for vet bills, food etc. If you would like
to make a donation, please send a cheque or postal order to the
address in the ‘Contacts’ section of the website, (all donations,
however small, are gratefully accepted).
Alternatively, you can help us by adopting
any animal or bird from the centre. You can also just sponsor the
centre, which helps to care for our rescued animals and also any
injured wild birds which we may have in. Visit the 'Adoptions' page
for details of cost and what you will receive for your adoption.
Should you prefer to not make a monetary
donation, we always require items to help us maintain the centre.
Please contact the centre if you have building / office / groundworks
services or materials you are able to donate.
Please Note: adopting an animal does not
mean you can take it home, but it DOES mean you help to care for
its welfare and upkeep, which is very important).
If you require more information on how you can help the centre
please contact us.
You may print and use the form below to create a direct debit from
your bank account for the sponsorship amount of your choosing, (a
minimum of £2.50 per week.)
Alternatively, if you have a PayPal account,
you may make a donation to us by donating to 'gentleshaw1_AT_btconnect.com'
and marking your paypal transaction as 'Charity Donation'.
(please replace the '_AT_'
in the above email address with an '@' symbol when sending the EMail).
You can also make donations via PayPal using a credit card even
if you do not have, or wish to have, a PayPal account.
We regret we cannot directly link to Paypal
from this page.
( Donations of fresh fruit, veg and nuts etc. are also very
welcome, please contact the centre if you require further information
on what other foods are suitable ).
